PORK ROAST 
1 (4 1/2 lb.) pork rib roast
1 c. mixed dried fruit
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. honey
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Make slits in the roast. Place some fruit in each slit. In a bowl, combine the water, honey, soup mix, ketchup and lemon juice. Mix well. Place roast fat side up in a roasting pan. Pour mixture over top. Cover and bake at 325°F for 3 1/2 hours.
