STIR IN THE PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
7 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water or cold coffee

Sift first 5 ingredients together and put into ungreased 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 baking pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Bake at 350°F until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
