SPAGHETTI SAUCE (LOW CALORIE) 
2 lg. onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
4 cloves garlic

Saute above ingredients in 1 tablespoon canola oil, adding water as needed to cook above ingredients. Make meatballs or use 3 hamburger patties, chopped up to saute. Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano and thyme to taste. Serve over spaghetti with grated cheese.

MEATBALLS: Ground beef, Italian flavored bread crumbs, 2 eggs, minced onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, milk. Form into small meatballs and put on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until brown.
