LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE CREAM
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut butter into flour, dry milk and seasonings until very crumbly. Keep in tight container in refrigerator. 2 tablespoons mix thickens about 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
