STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
Flank steak, 4-6 oz. per person
Mushrooms, sliced
Swiss cheese, 1 slice per person
Sauteed green pepper, 1/4 per person
Worcestershire sauce

Poke hole in steak and marinate in Worcestershire sauce for several hours or overnight. Cut into individual pieces. With sharp knife, cut steak and stuff steak with cheese, mushrooms and pepper. Barbecue 7-10 minutes on each side. Don't over cook. Good dish for company.
