BUFFALO WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings, cut into sections, throw away tip
1 stick butter
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 bottles bull hot sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup

Fry wing pieces, unseasoned, and drain. Cover with sauce, reheat and serve hot.
