AUNT JENNY'S PECAN ROLL 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. white Karo
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix well and let stand 15 minutes. Boil gently, stir frequently until soft ball stage. Remove from stove; let stand for 20 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Knead 3 minutes. Add whole or chopped pecans. Form candy in rolls and wrap in wax paper. Store in freezer or can be kept in refrigerator. When stiff cut into slices to serve. Good at Christmas time.
