CHOCOLATE TORTE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 frozen pound cake

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Blend in chocolate; set aside.

Beat cream and remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in cream cheese mixture.

Divide cake in 3 layers. Spread each layer with cream mixture; stack together and frost top and sides. Chill.
