CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
3 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. ground walnuts or pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 2 sm. boxes instant pudding & pie filling (1 chocolate & 1 vanilla) CRUST: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt stick of butter. Gradually stir in 1 cup of flour. Mix in 3/4 of walnuts. (Remainder will be left over for topping.) Press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes and cool. FILLING: Beat cream cheese until creamy, add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk (ignore package directions). Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover this with remainder of Cool Whip and sprinkle with remainder of walnuts or pecans. |
