LEMON DELIGHT 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 cans condensed milk
3/4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice

Crust: Melt butter. Add flour and pecans. Spread in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool.

Layer 2: Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Beat egg yolks. Add milk and lemon juice; mix well.

Layer 3: Add remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill.
