HAMBURGER AND CORN BAKE 
4 oz. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles and set aside. Brown meat, onion and bell peppers then drain. In a large bowl stir all ingredients together and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Place in microwave and cook on High for 35 minutes, stirring twice while cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
