1 (6 oz.) pkg. pasta (such as penne, spirals or macaroni) 1 (14 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or ham salt and pepper to taste Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat the vegetables, tomatoes and chicken (or ham) in a large saucepan while pasta is cooking. Mix in the pasta and heat thoroughly. Season to taste and cook for 15 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. |
