SALAD DE BEUF 
2 lg. can mixed vegetables
4 to 6 (approximately) large cold boiled potatoes, peeled
1/4 lb. lean cooked meat (any kind you like)
4 to 6 pickles
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tsp. mustard

Cut the potatoes, meat and pickles into small pieces. Mix vegetables, potatoes, meat and pickles with a dash of salt. Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix very well. Taste and add more salt, pickles, mayonnaise or mustard depending on taste. Serves 6 people as an appetizer.
