Let cool slightly, loosen sides of pan and turn out cake onto a baking rack. Cool completely before icing. FROSTING: 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. milk with a little sour cream mixed in Melt all together in saucepan and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and pour over cooled cake. This cake is even better if made ahead of time. |
