QUICK & EASY PICKLED OKRA 
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Thin sliced garlic
1 tsp. salt
Enough okra pods to pack 1 qt. jar

Heat vinegar and water until hot. Stuff one quart jar with okra. Place slices of garlic in the bottom and top of jar. Add salt. Pour vinegar mix over okra. Adjust lid and process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.

Yields: 1 quart or 2 pints.
