ENGLISH TRIFLE 
15 angel food cakes, loaf style
5 to 6 gallons canned chocolate pudding
1 pt. cherry-flavored brandy
Whipped topping
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate sprinkles

In a large bowl or cooking pot, mix chocolate pudding with brandy and set aside. Slice cakes into 1/2-inch slices. Place a slice of cake on a dessert plate, then spoon pudding mixture over it. Place a second slice of cake and more pudding on the first slice. Decorate the top with whipped topping and maraschino cherry half. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Serves 150.
