SANTA'S MIDNIGHT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. link sausage 2 1/2 c. med. white sauce Worcestershire sauce to taste 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed 1 can mushrooms 8 hard boiled eggs, quartered 1. Brown sausage in skillet; drain and cut in half. 2. Heat white sauce, season with Worcestershire sauce. 3. Fold in sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Carefully pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. 4. Press eggs in sausage mixture. 5. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. 6. Serve on English muffins. |
