HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground cured ham
1 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. vinegar & 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. packed brown sugar

Mix eggs, milk and bread together; let set for 2 minutes. Mix in meat seasoned with pepper. Shape into 12 small loaves and put in baking pan. Mix vinegar, water, mustard and brown sugar; pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste often.
