SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. cabbage, cut in wedges

In large heavy skillet with lid. Brown chuck, onions, celery and peppers. Add parsley. Arrange cabbage on top. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic. Pour over meat and cabbage. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce to simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes until cabbage is tender.
