CHICKEN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Prepare stuffing according to package directions, spoon into a greased baking pan or casserole. Cook vegetables, drain and combine with cream cheese and sour cream. Layer vegetable mixture and chicken over stuffing. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. Yield: about 6 servings.
