PEACH SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine Jello and pineapple in pan. Boil 2 minutes on medium heat. Cool thoroughly. Add buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip. Congeal and cut in squares. Serve on lettuce if desired.
