CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked, deboned & cut up
1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 c. parsley (optional)

Cook rice per package directions. Brown sausage, drain and saute onions and pepper in sausage drippings. Combine chicken, sausage, rice, onions, peppers, parsley and soup.

Bake in covered dish 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with almonds and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
