TURKEY CHOP SUEY | |
1-2 lb. turkey 1-2 lb. spaghetti 1 med. onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 lg. mushrooms, diced 1 med. green pepper, diced 2 tbsp. oil 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 lg. can tomatoes, crushed Cook spaghetti in large pan water until cooked, drain and put aside in large bowl or same pan you cooked it in. In 2 tablespoons of oil, fry garlic for approximately 5 seconds, then add onion, green pepper until clear. Add mushrooms and turkey, cook until done. Add small can of tomato paste, fill can with water and add to mixture. Mix well while cooking. When all mixed, add large can of crushed tomatoes and continue cooking and mixing. When cooked and piping hot, add entire contents to cooked spaghetti and mix and toss like a salad. |
