BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together brown sugar and oil. Add egg. Add buttermilk alternately with sifted dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla and berries. Add nuts. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake one hour or until done at 350 degrees.
