POTATO SALAD 
2 1/2 c. (about 4 med.) red skinned potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of celery salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs

Sprinkle the cooked, sliced potatoes with sugar and vinegar while they are still warm. Mix the mayonnaise and spices and toss with the potatoes. Slice the eggs and fold them into the potatoes. Chill. Serves 4.
