2 yeast cakes
2/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
2 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. soy milk
2 c. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients together, except flour. Add flour last. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Recipe may also be used for drop cookies or bars.
