NO NAME CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 c. butter
1 container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 1/4 c. milk

1 cup flour, nuts and butter; mix and put in bottom of pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

LAYER 1:

1/2 container Cool Whip and cream cheese. Put on crust. Spread with spatula.

LAYER 2:

2 1/4 cups milk with instant pudding.

Layer 3:

Remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 1 hour.
