SEAFOOD BAKE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 (7 oz.) can tuna or crab, drained, flaked 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. can shrimp, drained 1 c. diced celery 1 tbsp. chopped onion 2 c. cooked rice or 1/2 c. raw Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk in a 2 quart casserole. Mix in shrimp, tuna, crab, chestnuts, celery, parsley, onions, glutamate and rice. Bake, covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. (If making ahead of time and storing in refrigerator, bake 45 minutes.) Makes 4 servings. |
