RAINBOW GELATIN DESSERT 
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello - green, yellow, orange, red
2 env. Knox gelatin
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix each Jello package in a separate bowl with 1 cup boiling water and then 1/2 cup cold water each. Pour the green into a 13 x 9 inch Pyrex dish. Let set.

Heat 2 cups milk until boiling. Add 1 cup sugar. Dissolve 2 envelopes Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add gelatin to milk and add 1 pint sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and beat; set aside. As each layer sets carefully spoon on the next layer in this order: green, white, yellow, white, orange, white, red. Each white layer is 1 2/3 cups.
