RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. roll jalapeno cheese spread
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 stick butter

Place soup, butter, celery, onions and cheese in saucepan and heat just enough to melt butter. Add rice and broccoli and pour into well greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
