STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE 
Need pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. 1/2 inch pieces rhubarb (not necessary to peel)
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add fruit let stand 20 minutes. Spoon into 9 inch crust. Bake at 375 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes.
