SPANAKOPITA 
1 lb. filo dough
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
6 eggs
3/4 to 1 stick melted butter

Butter pan and lay 8 layers of filo dough, buttering each layer except 8th. Mix eggs, spinach and cheese. Spread spinach mixture over 8th filo layer. Top with 8 more layers of filo dough, buttering each layer. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour to chill. Slice 3/4 of the way through. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden and crisp.
