CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 pan of cornbread
1 gal. dry bread crumbs
1 c. celery
1 c. applesauce or 3 fresh apples
3 tbsp. rubbed sage
1 c. onions, chopped
3 eggs, raw
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste
3 c. milk

Crumble cornbread and dry bread. Mix all other ingredients. When turkey has reached 1 1/2 hours cooking time, drain off broth and put that in the dressing. Pour it all back into the roaster and finish baking. May have to add additional liquid water to keep it soft. Bake in 325 degree oven until done.
