BAKED POTATO SOUP 
6 large potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
7 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes until done. Let cool. Peel and dice potatoes. In large pot, melt butter on medium heat. Add flour and stir until well blended. Increase heat to medium, slowly adding milk until mixture is almost to a boil. Add potatoes, onions and bacon. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until cheese is melted and serve.
