CAESAR SALAD 
2 cloves garlic
1 can flat anchovy fillets
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, coddled
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
3 drops Tabasco sauce
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. black pepper

Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour over 1 head cleaned Romaine lettuce that has been torn into bite-size pieces.
