2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. coarsely broken pecans
Unbaked pastry shell

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix eggs with syrup, salt, vanilla, sugar, butter; add pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
