SPINACH SALAD & DRESSING 
1 bag spinach, wash & pat dry
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. Bermuda onion, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Combine above.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper

Blend well and pour over top named ingredients.
