1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup

Stir and bring to boil. (Do not overboil; bring to rolling boil and remove.) Add 1 cup peanut butter; stir until dissolved. Pour over 6 cups of cornflakes in large mixing bowl. Mix quickly. Let set about 5 minutes. Ready to eat!
