ALL-BRAN ROLLS 
1 c. all-bran cereal
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water
2 cakes or 2 pkgs. dry yeast
6 c. flour or so

Mix bran cereal, sugar, salt, shortening and eggs. Add boiling water and stir until shortening is dissolved. Add yeast which has been dissolved in 1 cup lukewarm water. Add flour until stiff enough to break off spoon, usually about 6 cups. Roll out and cut after dough has raised. Then let raise after cut and bake in 375 degree oven.
