STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jello
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. strawberry (frozen or fresh)
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine cake mix and strawberry Jello. Add milk and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add strawberries, coconut, and pecans. Mix well. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing made by mixing 1 stick butter, 1 box powdered sugar, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup coconut, and 1/2 cup pecans.
