SUZI WATER'S LOW-CALORIE CREAMY
DRESSING
 
1/4 c. low cholesterol mayonnaise
1/2 c. lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. salt

Whisk all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or a few hours before using. Serve over green salad or cooked pasta.
