CRAB SHALA 
Crabs
Bell pepper
Celery
Onions
Salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce
2 or 3 slices bacon
Little water
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato juice

Cut crabs in fourths on small legs. Break off tips. Break big claws in half. Put in pot to cook. Cook peppers, celery and onions. Add to pot. Add tomato and juice and tomato paste. Cook all on low heat about 1 hour.
