CRANBERRY BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1 beaten egg
Grated rind of 1 orange
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped uncooked cranberries
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Nuts, if desired

Mix all ingredients and turn into a greased and floured bread pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 to 350 degrees.
