COCONUT BON BONS 
3/4 c. instant potatoes (2 servings cooked, but don't season)
4 c. flaked coconut
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Stir together thoroughly and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Shape into small balls. Dip in chocolate:

12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Shaved 1/3 of bar of paraffin

Melt over double boiler. Lay on waxed paper until dry.
