RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. 1 inch slices rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt

Combine. Line 9-inch pie plate with orange pastry. Fill with rhubarb mixture. Pat with 2 tablespoons butter. Add lattice crust, flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
