1 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Make a well; add the liquids. Blend well. Pour in square or rectangular pan which has been greased. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Just right for a smaller size cake.
