DEVIL CRAB DELUXE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. cooked crab meat
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
Black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2/3 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Remove shell from crab, peel and devein shrimp. Roll or crush crackers and measure correct amount. Chop vegetables and measure. Butter individual or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and celery for a few minutes.

Mix together thoroughly crab meat, shrimp, crumbs, chopped vegetables, seasoning, melted butter, mayonnaise and cream. Dot top with additional butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Individual shells 20 minutes. Serves 6.
