LINGUICA AND PEPPERS | |
2 tbsp. olive oil 1 lg. onion, sliced 1/2 lb. linguica 4 lg. green peppers 1 sm. can tomato sauce Cut linguica in 1/4-inch thick rounds. Cut green peppers julienne style. In large frying pan add oil, onion, and linguica; saute for 10 minutes. Add green peppers; fry 15 minutes longer, stirring often. Add tomato sauce, continue frying for about 20 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes. |
