1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. alum
Food coloring
2 c. flour

Bring water and salt to rapid boil. Remove from heat, add oil and alum. Add food coloring liberally. Stir in flour. Place on bread board and knead until smooth. Store at room temperature in plastic containers.
