LEMON SWISS CHICKEN 
10-15 skinned & boned chicken breasts
10-15 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans mushroom soup
Lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter (butter), melted
1 pkg. stuffing mix (herb)

Place chicken in glass pan, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Cover with mushroom soup. Mix melted butter with stuffing mix. Cover chicken with mix. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-30 minutes longer.
